PATTERN STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive samples from Department Head.
- Discuss with the Head of Department and Design Department to closely follow the ideas of the design.
- Proceed to make patterns, adjust patterns and hand over to the sample sewing department.
- Suggest and adjust products as required.
- Hand over pattern files to the sizing department and diagrams.
- Research and develop new technical details in accordance with trends.
- Check parameters and complete technical standards of the diagram department.
- Handover to production about parameters and techniques.
- Participate in periodic sample review sessions with relevant departments to evaluate, check and detect sample shortcomings.
- Revise until complete according to the opinion of the Design department and agree on the most suitable model for production. - Monitor the process of completing samples into production at the factory in accordance with the design ideas and product technical standards.
REQUEST
- Have 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Know how to use design software USM2, Autocard, Corel...
- Handle production problems.
- Male/female aged 25-45 years old.
