I. DELIVERY, SHIPPING
1. When do I receive the goods?
Expected delivery time:
Depending on  the region, the delivery time may vary. The  general  delivery time will be from 3 to 7 days.
Note:
  • The above delivery time is calculated from the date the shipping unit starts delivery, excluding the time of order processing and not delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
  • During the time the order is delivered, you wish to change the address information of the delivery, if the route is shipped earlier will have to pay additional shipping costs in addition.
2. How do I  pay  for shipping?
Shipping charges will be charged depending on the region and displayed after entering the receiving address. At some point TTDShoes will have a free shipping  program.

3. Shipping fee when returning, warranty will be paid by who?
In case of product error from TTDShoes,shipping  fee will be paid by TTDShoes. See them at Return Policy, and Warranty Policy.
In case TTDShoes has delivered the right product you have placed in the order, you need to return it, the shipping fee will be paid by you.

4. Can I choose the delivery date for my order on my own?
Currently, TTDShoes delivery partners are not able to assist you in choosing delivery   time.
However, we hope you will soon improve this issue to bring you a better shopping experience.

5. How can I check the status of my order on my own?
You can check the status of your order daily on the website: ttdshoes.com by entering the order information (order code, phone number or email order) under "Check orders".

6. If I haven't registered my account on the webiste, can I place an order?
You can still place an order by putting the product you need to buy in your shopping cart and filling in the necessary information in steps without registering/logging into your account in advance.
However, in order to serve your shopping facilities, we encourage you to register to create a purchase account at TTDShoes to enjoy attractive incentive programs, and join the program for you close (if any).

7. How do I know if I ordered successfully?
As soon as the order is placed successfully, the system will automatically send you an email confirming the order request has been received with the attached order number and information about the ordered product.

8. How do I cancel a confirmed packaged order?
After the order has been confirmed for packing, you have no need to receive the goods can cancel offline by refusing to receive the goods when the delivery staff contact.

II. PRODUCT REFUND AND EXCHANGE
1. If I buy shoes online do not fit the size and where to change?
TTDShoes supports shoe size change within 7 days when buying. The size change process sees them at the Return Policy.

2. If I buy online but do not like it, can I change the color and change it differently?
If you buy TTDShoes products  online but are not aware of the color design, you can change to another product within 7 days and shipping costs will be paid  by you. See them in Return Policy.

3. Can I check before receiving the goods?
Currently, for online orders when ordering on the website, ttdshoes.com not support the policy of co-checking when receiving goods. You can check after you have paid the delivery staff. All problems arising about your moistureproducts are supported by TTDShoes.

4. How do I change the address and phone number information in my order?
In case you need to change the information (recipient name, address or phone number) in the order when the order has not been confirmed on the system please contact hotline: 0916 884 522  for assistance.

5. How do I self-cancel my order?
You can cancel your order yourself when you have registered your account on the ttdshoes pending website and the order is pending by: Go to "Check order"->Manage order->select the "Cancel order" section of the order to cancel and enter the reason for cancellation.

III. ORDER AND PAY
1. What ways can I pay for a purchase?
You can choose cod payment (payment upon delivery) or prepay online by ATM, Visa, Master card.

2. I just cancelled the order I paid in advance, so when do I get my money back?
Depending on the form of refund and the working process of each bank, the time for refunds recorded to your account will range from 5-7 business days from the completion of the refund transaction on the system.

IV. PROMOTIONS
1. Why on ttdshoes website are given gifts and discounts and purchased at the store is not given?
Online channels and offline channels (marketing stores) are two independent distribution channels. Therefore, each channel will have different promotions and discounts depending on the time.

2. What  is  the difference between buying shoes at TTDShoes website and buying them at TTDShoes  distribution stores?
Each partner involved in selling TTDShoes  has its own business and customer support policy. In this  case, you can contact the store to find out about  the policy when buying. But warranty and return issues remain the same.
