FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE OR COLOR OF THE PRODUCT
- Free size and color change within 1 week from the time customers receive the product. See the size selection guide here.
- When buying ttdshoes productsonline, if customers want to change to a more suitable size or the color of the product received incorrectly with your order, you will be redeemed free of charge.
- Conditions for change: the product needs to be 100% new and 100% unused or washed, original warranty slip, product label, not dirty, scratched, full packaging, box bag (if any).

FOR CUSTOMERS RETURNING PRODUCTS

SHIPPING COSTS

For customers who change product color:
- Customers change color due to TTDShoes mistaken delivery of products: TTDShoes bear all shipping costs.
- Customers change color due to customer's changing needs: all transportation costs paid by customers.
For return customers:
- Customers return products due to manufacturer's fault, TTDShoes bear all shipping costs.
- Customers exchangeproducts according to personal needs, shipping costs will be paid customers.
The costs depend on the unit of transport and the form of transport selected, so if you in bear the shipping costs, choose the unit with the lowest price.
